Questions about the coffee, how to brew it, or your order? Fire away. There's no call centre here — you'll hear back from someone at the shop or in the roastery, whoever knows more about your question.

It's quickest if you tell us a little about what's going on. For an order, your order number helps. For a brewing question, we'd like to know what you're using — espresso machine, bean-to-cup or pour-over makes quite a difference to the answer. And if a coffee didn't taste right to you, say so plainly. That we can work with; polite silence we cannot.

We'll get back to you as fast as we can. Usually that's quick. If we're roasting or packing, it might take a day.
