Shipping and payment

We do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Small parcels up to 1kg usually ship as low-cost Warenpost, everything else with DHL. Parcels are packed at our store and collected by DHL daily - so your coffee often arrives the very next day.

Every order comes with a shipping notification including a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at any time.

• DHL parcel with tracking: €6.90

• Warenpost with tracking up to 1kg: €9.90

Payment with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Pay by invoice: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods/tickets or, for other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany can be found at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0 and for deliveries to Austria at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_at/invoice?fee=0.
• Financing: With Klarna's financing service you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but no less than EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated at checkout. The instalment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. • Sofort (instant bank transfer): Your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.
• Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the date by email.
