An "Espresso Profile" pack contains 20 sticks for 2l of distilled water each – so the mix fits straight into the tank of your espresso machine. We're often asked how best to store an opened bag of coffee. The answer: airtight and away from light, at room temperature (not in the fridge!). For best handling and truly tight bags, we had metal clips laser-engraved with our logo. The only Gscheid.HAFERL that keeps things sealed. (A "Gscheidhaferl", by the way, is Bavarian for a know-it-all – pun fully intended.) For the extra curious: we'll soon be getting new coffee bags with a new logo.
